The house is situated at the tip of the park of Punta Caruso, a beautiful location immersed in almost wild nature, in front of the town of Forio, on the island of Ischia.  A 100 metre path departs from the house leading to special rocky formations from which it is possible to admire stunning sunsets and also provides a private route down to the sea. The particular natural setting of the villa is definitely not suitable for guests with small children.  Nearby, is the San Francesco beach which is located beneath the rugged lavic relief of Punta Caruso. This is a beautiful beach with soft golden sands characterised by a hundred or so metres of coastline with numerous tourist establishments and structures.  The characteristic town of Forio is 6 km away, the Negombo Thermal Gardens (2 Kms), a hydrothermal park nestling in the bay of San Montano, the most beautiful cove on the Island of Ischia.  The park is immersed in over 9 hectares of greenery.

 

The villa is distributed over two floors; it is furnished in a cosy, modern style, has WIFI, air conditioning in the bedrooms, washing machine, and dishwasher.  Outside there is a whirlpool bath provided for the use of the guests.
