The renovation was carried out with particular attention to detail, such as the use of travertine (a typical marble from Rapolano), wooden beams and travertine floors (marble from Siena). The house, furnished with taste by the owner, is equipped with modern and functional accessories. The large swimming pool, which is for the exclusive use of guests, was designed with a particular architectural style and is furnished with sun loungers, parasols, tables and chairs, ideal for enjoying outdoor dining.

 

The pool water comes from a characteristic well located inside the property, which also includes a vegetable garden whose products are available to customers. The owner lives occasionally in an apartment on the first floor of the villa and is happy to provide guests with the information they may need.
