The villa has a large elegantly furnished patio from where you can enjoy an extensive view over the Cala di Volpe Gulf towards Porto Rotondo and the Tavolara island. The interior is tastefully decorated. The nice garden has an English style lawn and access to the swimming pool shared with the other 4 villas. In front of the entrance is car parking. The house consists of the main estate and a small dependence with access by the garden, with a twin bedroom and bathroom. Malloreddus - semolina pasta with saffron. They can go with tomato sauce, but can also be combined with a hearty lamb ragout or served simply with butter and pecorino. Try Culingionis, Sardinian ravioli. Casumarzu, the maggot cheese which is a Sardinian speciality or there is Pecorino Sardo (sheep's cheese), Calcagno, Semicotto, Pepato or why not Dolce di Macomer. While here try the fish. Sardinian fish dishes are simple and uncomplicated. Try Sardine al pomodoro (sardines with tomatoes), Tonno alla Catalana (Catalan style tuna fish) Cassola (fish casserole). Their vegetable dishes are also quite exciting ranging from Tortino di Carciofi to Minestra di Piselli con ricotta or Favata......
