An exceptional contemporary villa designed and built in the 1960s by a leading Italian architect. Set in the heart of one of the most attractive and extensive private estates of the Amalfi coast, this villa offers a unique private retreat in an inspirational setting. The grounds are almost entirely given over to the cultivation of lemon trees and the citrus-laden trellises extend from the top of the headland right down to the coastline. All year round the landscape is dominated by the deep shades of green vegetation, the vivid yellow of ripening lemons and the profound blue of the sea below. Guests have exclusive use of a panoramic saltwater swimming-pool, ingeniously designed to incorporate the sheer cliff wall. A path leads down from the grounds to a private rocky cove at the waters’ edge. Furthermore, guests can enjoy the exclusive cooking of a local chef offering a daily first-class menu of seasonal dishes using local ingredients. The estate provides guests with small electric cars for easier access to the property which is situated at the end of a winding tarmac road. Within the large estate is another independent property. It is possible to rent the entire estate accommodating up to 24 people.

The Kitchen: all guests will enjoy our Chef’s cuisine: with courtesy and confidence, he can satisfy even the most discerning guests. He proposes a local fish-based cuisine, but also wonderful grilled meats, pasta, a wide variety of fresh vegetables and fruit and desserts to die for! and fresh fish in every way (fried or oven-baked). A triumph of cheese and mozzarella with cold cuts and tasty roasted vegetables. Savory condiments and only seasonal raw materials. A kitchen that takes away the desire to go eating elsewhere! Cooking lessons with our Chef, and of course fine dining that highlights the traditions and cuisine of the Amalfi Coast.
