This beautiful villa obtained from the renovation of a typical Piedmontese farmhouse is surrounded by woods and vineyards and set in the tranquillity of the Monferrato region, between the towns of Moncalvo and Asti. From the beautiful swimming pool, away from the noise of the city, one can enjoy marvellous views of the surrounding valleys. In the area, there are ecological hiking trails along the hills with enchanting landscapes, famous wineries to visit, and where it is possible to taste dishes with fine truffles. You can also enjoy horseback riding and mountain biking. The nearby medieval town of Moncalvo hosts cultural and gastronomic events throughout the year including a white truffle fair in autumn and the "Blue Night Blues" in the summer.

 

The rooms of the house are stylish and comfortable, with spacious living areas on the ground floor and bedrooms, each one with its own private bathroom (one of the bathrooms is equipped with a whirlpool tub).
