A Running Tour Florence

Join our running tour in Florence. Run through its medieval streets reaching all the main districts; Piazza Del Duomo; San Lorenzo market; Piazza Della Signoria; Ponte Vecchio. Climbing on the Amalfi Coast

The lesson is held by a mountain guide, the only figure of qualified climbing teacher in this particular natural environment. After a short trek to the approach of the wall, an initial briefing on materials and knots will be reviewed, then a practice with the principles and models of climbing, some exercise, mutual supervision, the use of rope, tests of insurance with approved systems. The view will leave you totally breathless.

Trekking In Sicily

The tour starts at 8.30 and finishes at about 1800. The departure is from Taormina and surrounding areas. The guide will pick you up at your accommodation by jeep or mini-van. The group is small, maximum 8 people. There are 3 stops: Soft trekking (1900-2100 metres); volcanic cave; lunch and wine tasting and of course the Alcantara Canyon.
