Florence

Spend 3 exciting days enjoying its beauties. Day 1 you will enjoy the art of the Uffizi in the morning and see Botticelli’s – Birth of Venus; Titian’s – Venus of Urbino, amongst other great works of art. After lunch a tour of the Accademia where David awaits. That evening, you will enjoy a special meal at one of the best restaurants in Florence. (Bookings at least 3 months in advance). If there is no room here, we - have a series of Michelin starred restaurants to choose from. 

On Day 2, you will walk through the heart of Florence and taste truffles accompanied by the cold bubbles of Prosecco. Then off to savour some typical Tuscan cold cuts soaked with a nice glass of Chianti wine and ending with a delicious chocolate and ice cream tasting. If you are more of a shopper, we will arrange a tour of the best boutiques in Florence accompanies by your personal shopper. 

On Day 3, you will be picked up from your hotel early in the morning and transferred to the place where your hot air balloon trip will take place. You will be able to admire old Tuscan castles and renaissance villas, enjoy aerial views of the old towns of Poggibonsi, San Gimignano, Col Val D’Elsa, and be amazed by the Chianti hills, vineyards, and woods. On a clear day, if flying high enough is possible, you will see the sea reflecting the morning sun in the distance. Once landed, breakfast can be enjoyed in the middle of the Chianti countryside with typical Tuscan products. The rest of the day is free or if you are up to it, we can organise a tour of the nearby towns and villages with your own private chauffeur.

  • Another night booked for you at the Borgo San Jacopo with northern Italian chef Peter Brunel who has won a Michelin star for his modern take on his native culinary traditions. Here too we will arrange a tasting menu for you or for a truly romantic get together, we have an amazing palazzo overlooking the Ponte Santa Trinita. (ideal for a group of friends)

  • Upgrade to a suite overlooking the Florentine landscapes
